She has more than 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience at a variety of technology startups, global companies and agency environments. She has held roles including a full-time Marketing and Executive Team Leader, as well as a Consulting Marketing Advisor to Senior Management at more than 35 companies within healthcare, financial services and retail industries.
Throughout her career she has consistently driven revenues, accelerated brands, and increased valuations in record time due to her strong competence in marketing, disciplined approach to analytics, and desire to improve customer experience.
Her work in healthcare technology, medical devices and provider services has included companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon, Verb Surgical, Hospira, Cleveland Clinic, Sectra, Agfa Healthcare, Merge Healthcare, Pearle Vision and Target Optical.
Christy has earned several healthcare marketing awards, and has been cited for providing “Best Practice Marketing” by The Advisory Board. Additionally, she has presented best practice marketing techniques at the Washington G2 Conference, and has written many articles for industry publications.
She is passionate about small business economic development, and is a board member of the Greater Cincinnati Microenterprise Initiative (GCMI) and has been a mentor/coach for Cincinnati startups through Cintrifuse and Bad Girl Ventures.
She earned a Masters of Business Administration from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
